Job summary

Barr Ltd. is seeking a field-oriented Environmental Engineer to support the Assessment and Remediation unit on mining and contaminated site projects in Calgary. You will conduct site investigations, oversee testing, and help prepare technical work plans and cost estimates.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to remediation strategies, and provide field support to projects. A Bachelor’s degree and strong computer skills are required, with the ability to work legally in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, geological, mining, or chemical engineering or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets
  • Possession of a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without restrictions or the need for sponsorship from Barr Ltd., now or in the future
