Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Manager, Pipeline Integrity Advancements to own the development and continuous improvement of pipeline integrity programs across Canada and the United States. You will lead the Geohazard Management Program, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive governance across jurisdictions with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 8+ years in pipeline integrity, and P.Eng in Ontario.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • 8+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, risk management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Registered member with PEO as P. Eng in Ontario; US PE preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and complex programs.
  • Solid understanding of integrity management concepts, risk evaluation techniques, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development, implementation, and maturation of Geohazard Management Program across local distribution companies.
  • Identify emerging threats, evaluate best practices, and implement risk-informed solutions for asset safety and reliability.
  • Align integrity practices, standards, and governance across Canadian and U.S. programs; lead cross-functional integration.
  • Lead continuous improvement with lessons learned, RCA, and performance insights; maintain Integrity Management System alignment.
  • Lead and develop a team of integrity professionals, fostering a safety-focused culture.
