Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources, Geography, Planning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of directly related environmental experience in infrastructure, utility, pipeline, transportation, municipal, energy, industrial, or construction projects.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations, permitting, compliance, and risk management; ability to develop practical solutions for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental support for projects, operations, and maintenance activities across planning, development, execution and close-out.
• Coordinate environmental assessments, permitting, technical studies, regulatory submissions and post-construction monitoring.
• Provide practical environmental advice, assess risks, develop mitigation measures and support compliance requirements.
• Manage environmental consultants and contractors and support audits, inspections, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams, Indigenous communities, regulators and external partners.
• Drive environmental governance and reporting by interpreting regulatory requirements and improving processes.
