Genjie Holdings Ltd. dba Rice and Noodle is seeking a F/T Food Service Supervisor

• NOC Job Code/Title: 62020 - Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
3. Recruit staff and provide training for both existing and new staff
4. Set staff work schedules and supervise the activities of staff
5. Ensure all staff follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
7. Address and handle customer complaints and questions
8. Ensure food service and quality control are met

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food service is required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
