· Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

· Recruit staff and provide training for both existing and new staff

· Set staff work schedules and supervise the activities of staff

· Ensure all staff follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area

· Address and handle customer complaints and questions

· Ensure food service and quality control are met

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food service is required.

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
