Are you interested in helping commission a new mine power plant and ensuring critical power infrastructure runs smoothly at a remote arctic mine?
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing the mine's diesel generators and new power plant equipment, such as C15, C18, Cummins QST, CAT 3516, Isuzu, Shindaiwa, and more.
Requirements include Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic and at least 5 years of experience with diesel engines and generators.
This position offers a competitive pay rate, daily overtime, 12-hour workdays, a balanced work schedule of 'days in' and 'days off,' on-site accommodations with amenities, paid flights, hotel stays, meals from the nearest major airport to and from the site, benefits, and more.
