The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Mississauga Distribution Centre. You will help move goods through receiving, unloading, palletizing, and outbound processing, and operate lift equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Maintain orderly condition and housekeeping of the work area.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing the necessary job tasks and activities assigned to process the flow of goods through the Distribution Centre. These processes are varied and will include, but are not limited to: receiving of goods; unloading of trucks, trailers and containers; palletizing of inbound and outbound goods; outbound order picking and processing; order packing and processing; lift truck, stock picker and floor sweeper operation (dependent on tasks assigned); and loading of products as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each process.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (i.e., Walkie Rider, Forklift, MHE, Reach, Center Rider) in order to complete tasks, such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging and transporting product
• Work collaboratively with the Operations Managers, area coordinators and other associates to effectively complete assigned tasks

The pay range for this position is between $19.50 - $21.25
