Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (6am - 4pm on high volume days)

Occasional Saturdays.

Job Title: General Warehouse

Department: All

Reports to: Supervisor/Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position:

Essential Functions:
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to use electronic devices such as tablets, radios, scanners, etc.
  • Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract quickly and accurately
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and support safety programs
  • Able to comprehend oral and written communication to read labels, tickets, and product documentation
  • Become proficient with Warehouse Management Systems, RF, and Voice directed picking
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Report all accidents, injuries, near misses, and hazardous conditions immediately to management
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments as needed
  • Assist in other facets of production and work at different workstations as required
  • Conduct work safely and adhere to safety methods
  • Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and flexible to work in other areas as needed
  • Meet production standards within required time frames
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in material handling
  • Move products by hand or manual pallet jack
  • Move materials to/from loading docks, trucks, storage, and processing areas
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

One year of general warehouse/material handling experience preferred but not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

The employee must be able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours, reach repeatedly, push/pull up to 75 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
