Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The role requires maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperature.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties.
• Attend in-house training sessions.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform in accordance with company regulations.
• Comply with and promote the company's health and safety policies.
• Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, including checking in food deliveries and ensuring high standards of produce.
• Ensure proper food storage in compliance with hygiene regulations and stock rotation systems.
• Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
• Prepare service areas and service points.
• Store food items and equipment accurately after service.
