Job Description & Responsibilities :

We seek a part-time General Surgery Resident to contribute to our company's growth. You will work closely with clinical, data, and development teams to refine our products. Your key tasks include :

• Collaborating with the data team to incorporate clinical insights for AI algorithm development to predict patient outcomes and complications after GI surgery.
• Supporting chart reviews to understand patient outcomes, medical coding, and prevalence of specific outcomes.
• Helping establish guidelines for using early prediction tools to enable timely interventions.
• Defining user workflows to integrate solutions effectively in healthcare settings, ensuring user satisfaction and clinical value.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Medicine; Resident Physician in general, hepatobiliary, colorectal, esophageal, or bariatric surgery.
• 1-2 years post-internship experience.
• Expertise in general surgery procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guiding and teaching abilities.
