  • Rate: £45 – £55 per hour
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Start: ASAP
  • Hours: 12-hour shifts

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Sonographer to join our team at Cardiff. As a Sonographer, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services, focusing on obstetric scans to ensure accurate assessments. This contract is ongoing, with a competitive pay rate of £45.00 – £55 per hour. Must be available Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform obstetric ultrasound scans using advanced equipment.
  • Assess fetal development, monitor pregnancies, and detect abnormalities.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret results.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Offer compassionate care and communicate effectively with patients during scans.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent.
  • Experience with abdomen and pelvic scans.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound machines and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • HCPC registration.
  • At least 1 year of UK experience as a sonographer in NHS and private sectors.
