Purpose of Position:
As the General Shop Foreman, you will provide managerial leadership and personal development to employees, focusing on safety, service, productivity, and financial metrics. You will develop and lead facility plans and schedules for the daily maintenance and servicing of locomotive assets at Locomotive Maintenance Facilities in key system locations to support the Mechanical system plan.

This is a safety-sensitive position. All new hires must pass a pre-employment medical including physical, vision, hearing, alcohol, and drug assessments. Qualification drug tests are also required.

Management Conductor Program:
