Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Sarnia Volkswagen is looking for a General Sales Manager to lead our sales team, elevate performance, and help grow our dealership to new heights.

What You’ll Do :

  • Leadership & Coaching : Guide, motivate, and support our sales consultants and F&I team to achieve and surpass performance goals. Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience : Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Volkswagen brand values—reliability, quality, and trust. Handle escalations with professionalism and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day sales operations, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM standards.
  • Sales Strategy & Profitability : Manage inventory levels, track key performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Automotive sales management experience is required.
  • Proven leadership skills with a process-driven and performance-focused mindset.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, team development, and financial performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
