Key Duties & Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety regulations and environmental laws.
• Ensure the security and proper operation of building equipment.

Technical Oversight

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to service requests and participate in projects.
• Monitor and document equipment conditions, suggest improvements.

Site Presence & Inspection

• Establish a technical presence at sites.
• Conduct walkthroughs and inspections.

Occupant Experience & Communication

• Enhance tenant satisfaction through reliable equipment operation.
• Communicate effectively with teams and vendors.

Work Order & Financial Management

• Manage work orders and maintain records.
• Assist with budget management and quotes.

Vendor Management

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC or similar systems.
• Knowledge of facility operations, safety, and Building Automation Systems.

Licenses & Accreditation
