Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations.

We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.

You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:

1. Door slab installation.
2. Ceramic tile installation.
3. Finish Plumbing.
4. Kitchen and countertop installation.
5. Framing.
6. Light Maintenance work (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.).

***All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.***

This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).

Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.

1. $25-$35/hr.
2. Mon-Friday.
3. 8-10 hour shifts.

A successful candidate requires:

1. A set of their own tools.
2. 2-3 years of experience.
3. Their own vehicle.
4. An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
