General Production Worker

Your Role : As a General Production Worker, you will :

• Assist in the assembly and finishing of cabinets.
• Operate woodworking machinery and tools.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus, but not required.

Cross-Departmental Assistance :

• When necessary, assist in the production of line of other departments including Panel Processing, Assembly, Finishing, Doors & Parts, and Shipping.

Administration :

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in your area.
• Attend daily morning huddles.
• Contribute and participate in the effective use of the Quality Control System.
