Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Reception of incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Sales order data entry and processing.
General office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Assist with inventory management and order tracking.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with sales order processing is a plus.
