About the role: General Merchandise Associate

Walmart General Merchandise Associates maintain and zone the sales floor, assist with stocking merchandise, and provide exemplary service by upholding Walmart’s beliefs and values. You will help customers find the products they need and support them in making purchase decisions, while also promoting goods and resolving any concerns.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for zoning assigned areas, moving feature merchandise to its home location, and ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment. You may also assist with Front End coverage, work recovery merchandise, and support other associates in maintaining floor coverage.
