Walmart Canada Corp is seeking a General Merchandise Associate in Waterdown, Ontario. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting stocking and sales activities across general merchandise.

• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required. Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
