Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, and resolving concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering assigned areas, assisting with front-end coverage, and communicating with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, moving feature merchandise, and processing recovery merchandise from the store areas.
• Stocking and Modular Execution including stocking merchandise, downstocking, product protection, and setting modulars such as flex and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by keeping a hazard-free environment and following store policies, safety logs, and ensuring displays are secure.
• Flexibility with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
