Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor, and assisting customers to meet their shopping needs. This involves maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and referring concerns when necessary.
2. Review workload for the assigned store area.
3. Support the Customer Availability Process: Working with merchandise, Cap bins, and stock picks.
4. Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise.
5. Set and finalize modulars and merchandising areas.
6. Ensure modular integrity and address PI and shelf capacity errors.
7. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
9. Assist other task teams as needed to meet customer expectations.
