About the role: General Merchandise Associate

Working as a General Merchandise Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. You will provide exemplary customer service by adhering to Walmart’s core beliefs and values, maintaining and zoning the general merchandise area, and assisting with stocking and the sale of goods.

Your responsibilities include greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product promotions, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues. You will cover assigned areas on the sales floor, zone displays, move feature merchandise to its modular home, work recovery merchandise, and assist with front-end coverage while ensuring floor coverage is maintained.
