Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales floor coverage and team support — covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required. Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, zoning, and recovery — zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Stocking and modular execution — stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, cleanliness, and compliance — maintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) — be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
