Position Summary

What you'll do

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when appropriate.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone the assigned area.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
9. Stock merchandise, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set up modulars and shelf caps.

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.55 per hour, with the rate determined based on relevant experience.
