Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned handheld device and modular activities, maintaining a stocked and zoned sales floor, and assisting customers to meet their shopping needs. This involves maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. The Associate will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What you'll do

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greeting all customers politely and friendly, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns when necessary.
2. Review workload: Manage assigned store areas effectively.
3. Support merchandising: Work with merchandise, Cap bins, and stock picks to support the Customer Availability Process.
4. Price management: Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise.
5. Set merchandising displays: Print, set, and finalize modulars, set features, and merchandising areas.
6. Complete Section Work: Ensure modular integrity, address PI and shelf capacity errors.
7. Merchandise recovery and zoning: Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and complete zoning tasks in assigned areas.
8. Maintain safety and cleanliness: Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
9. Assist other teams: Support other task teams as needed to meet customer expectations.
