Work location: On site

Salary: $41.50 per hour, 30 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; plan human resources.
  • Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Hire middle managers, directors, and other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
Supervision
  • Supervise 3-4 people.
Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Computer skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Personal qualities: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, team player
  • Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large workload
