With a 48,000 sq. ft. English Tudor-style clubhouse, Sedgefield delivers premier golf, racquet sports, fitness, aquatics, dining, and social offerings that define an active family lifestyle.

Our championship course, a Donald Ross design, is ranked #8 in North Carolina and #2 in the Piedmont Triad by the NC Golf Panel, and proudly hosts the PGA TOUR’s Wyndham Championship. Sedgefield is more than a club—it’s a legacy.

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead this exceptional club and continue its legacy of excellence. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role—perfect for a passionate hospitality executive who thrives on delivering exceptional member experiences, building empowered teams, and driving results.

The GM will work closely with McConnell Golf’s Vice President of Operations and corporate teams to oversee all club operations, with a focus on consistency, innovation, and service excellence. You'll be the face of Sedgefield—respected in the community, admired by the membership, and trusted by the staff.

  • Partner with corporate leadership to align with McConnell Golf’s vision
