Prime Potions is a boutique Personal Care Manufacturer in Burnaby, BC. We are focused on creating a wide range of innovative and excellent performing products for our customers. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking key players to join us and help grow our culture. We desire a dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker who is organized, analytical, and a creative team player eager to contribute significantly to our department and make it their own. Prime Potions aims to find the right individual who wants to grow their career and leave a mark on this department.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage client portfolios, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate with the R&D department to develop client products and maintain ongoing production and development.
  2. Oversee basic day-to-day financial and office operations.
  3. Work closely with the management team to review processes, implement best practices, and enhance productivity by creating and organizing systems.
  4. Assist in developing and maintaining management reports.
  5. Support company compliance with all regulatory and governmental agencies.
  6. Assist management with special projects.
  7. Perform various accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
  8. Utilize advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
  9. Experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting is an asset.
  10. Experience with QuickBooks Online is an asset.
  11. Demonstrate high energy, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Capable problem solver with a logical approach to complex issues.
  13. Strong commitment to personal excellence and willingness to go the extra mile.
  14. Flexibility to support beyond core business hours when necessary.
