• Wine Knowledge of WSET 2 or WSET 3 is an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure JAK\'s brand promises are consistently delivered: Unique product selection, outstanding service, unmatched in-store experience.
• Facilitate a fun work environment by bringing a fun energy to work to energize the team and inspire others to do the same.
• Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service/sales specialists
• Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team.
• Ensure all JAK\'s standards are met and exceeded, resulting in an outstanding retail experience.
• Participate in the hiring process through collaboration with the store manager and/or Human Resources
• Communicate and achieve the budgeted key performance indicators for your team
• Create and implement customer-focused business strategies
• Participate in the performance management process and conduct regular performance reviews
