Job Functions:
  • Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts.
Experience:
  • 2+ years in retail or related management roles with a sales volume of $2+ million annually.
  • Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
  • Supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
