Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years hotel supervisory experience or 3-4 years in sales or rooms division management
  • Diploma or degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management is an asset
  • Hands-on management style
  • Ability to adjust operations to meet targets, forecast financial positions, create sales strategies, and review financial reports
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure departmental cohesion
  • Effective staffing, communication, and performance review skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Empathy towards guests, clients, and staff
  • Entrepreneurial spirit is an asset
  • Willingness to relocate within Canada if required
