Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa East Windsor, located at 72 Princeton Hightstown Rd, East Windsor, NJ 08520, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. The timeline for promotion depends on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is to develop our leadership team continuously. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs can earn up to $45,000 annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities of a General Manager in Training
  • Achieve performance goals related to Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
  • Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily front desk operations
  • Assist in overall business management
  • Train, monitor, and coach team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
  • Educate clients on services and promotions
  • Promote sales and events
  • Maintain spa cleanliness standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting and cash handling

The GMIT role involves a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.

Role Requirements
  • Passion for providing excellent service and working with people

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; experience with Zenoti or similar systems is a plus
