General Manager - Hamilton

Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Up to $250,000.00 per year with a base plus commission structure

Earning potential depends on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide the tools and training needed to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow the daily checklist for the department
• Oversee and manage all staff within the location
• Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management
• Manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
• Manage inventory levels based on seasonal demand
• Drive growth and profitability of the business
• Build relationships with customers
• Provide training for all front-line positions
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and other workplace policies
• Manage and meet all government inspections within required timeframes
• Perform other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table:

Applicants should have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong management background!

• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
• Valid G Drivers License with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines
• Organized, responsible, and compliant with safety requirements
• Strong computer and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
