Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Proposal Management to develop compelling proposals and manage submissions, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams. Bilingual (English and French) proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze calls for offers to identify opportunities and challenges, define client specifications.
  2. Lead go/no-go decision process with Sales team.
  3. Develop proposal strategies, create project plans, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  4. Write, edit, and adapt proposal content to meet client needs, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
  5. Research clients, projects, and industry trends to inform proposals.
  6. Translate technical information into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
  7. Ensure proposals adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop strategies.
  9. Contribute to process improvements and manage proposal content database.
  10. Share best practices and contribute to AI tools enhancement.
  11. Provide training and support to proposal team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or related field, or 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in proposal writing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Expertise in Quebec government IT and Professional Services tenders, regulations, and market context.
  • Proven ability to create winning proposals.
