Hours : Varies - Monday to Saturday

Compensation : Up to $, per year with a base plus commission structure

Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Follow the daily checklist for the department
  • Oversee and manage all staff within the location
  • Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management
  • Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time
  • Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines
  • Manage growth and profitability of the business
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Provide training for all forward positions
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
  • Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period
  • Other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table :

Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background!

  • Years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Minimum of years of management experience in the industry
  • Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.
  • Strong computer & leadership skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
