Hours:

Varies - Monday to Saturday

Compensation:

Up to $250,000.00 per year with a base plus commission structure

Earning potential depends on your ability to sell effectively and manage a profitable dealership. We provide the necessary tools and training to help you succeed.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Follow the daily checklist for the department
2. Oversee and manage all staff within the location
3. Track and report sales performance, oversee fixed operations, and property management
4. Manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
5. Manage inventory levels based on seasonal demand
6. Drive growth and profitability of the business
7. Build relationships with customers
8. Provide training for all forward positions
9. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and other workplace regulations
10. Manage and meet all government inspections within permitted timeframes
11. Perform other duties as required

What You Bring to the Table:

Applicants should have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong management background!

• 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
• Sales experience required
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet deadlines
• Organized, responsible, and compliant with safety requirements
• Positive teamwork attitude
• Strong computer and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
