What Youll Do :

As the General Manager youll be the face and force of DriveNation Regina. Youll lead the store from grand opening to sustained growth building the team the culture and the momentum.

  • Build your dream team : Attract recruit and train sales and lot staff
  • Own the numbers : Drive unit sales gross profit and department success
  • Champion systems and processes : Train and hold your team accountable
  • Keep inventory moving : Monitor levels and liquidate aged units
  • Be the customer hero : Jump in to resolve complex issues when needed
  • Set the tone : Ensure a clean organized welcoming space
  • Make it better : Continuously improve everything you touch
  • Lead the day : Execute and hold the team accountable to the daily plan
  • Keep things covered : Ensure proper staffing across all departments
  • And whatever else it takes to make this launch a success
