We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Industry experience isn’t required, but great people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun and dynamic atmosphere where every day is different.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Membership Sales - We use a proven system that helps our clients overcome their own barriers to starting a fitness program. When used correctly, this system does not feel like selling at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire.
  2. Club Promotional Marketing - We love creative "guerrilla" marketing! We use traditional marketing strategies (TV, radio, newspaper, direct mail, etc.), but we really prefer creativity. A good understanding of how to use social media is a plus.
  3. Community Involvement - We love being a part of the local community, even if it means working on Saturdays. There are countless opportunities to get out of the club and promote our business. We actively participate in the local Chamber of Commerce and community-sponsored events.
  4. Team Building - Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key element to ensuring success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers and part-time staff.
  5. Member Experience - The most important aspect of all! Does your club "Rock"? Do your members like you? Do they love the environment you create within the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with their friends, family, and colleagues? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make every member and guest experience exceptional by keeping our club clean and well-equipped!
