About the role :

As the General Manager, you’ll oversee all facets of business operations—people, performance, marketing, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be in the field, not just behind a desk. You’ll work closely with ownership to grow revenue, elevate team culture, and ensure operational excellence every day.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Culture :

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing field team
  • Foster a fun, accountable, and driven team culture
  • Coach and mentor team leads to consistently raise performance

Operations & Strategy :

  • Manage day-to-day logistics, fleet operations, and scheduling
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Track KPIs and execute strategic plans for revenue growth

Customer Experience :

  • Champion an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Handle customer escalations and feedback with professionalism and urgency
  • Build strong relationships with local commercial clients, property managers, and realtors
  • Execute local marketing campaigns and support brand initiatives
  • Drive sales through proactive lead generation and community engagement

Risk & Compliance :

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Uphold operational policies and company values

About you :
