  • Take direct responsibility for the Windsor site’s P&L and financial success.
  • Motivate and mentor your team, creating an environment where employees feel empowered and engaged.
  • Act as a change leader, fostering a positive culture that rallies around new ideas and strategic initiatives.
  • Regularly report and present performance, productivity, and financial results to senior management.

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and values-driven workplace.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders as needed.

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing (plant management or operations leadership required).
  • Proven experience in a unionized environment, with strong labor relations expertise.
  • Post-secondary education in business, engineering, food science, or a related field (advanced education is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success with P&L ownership and driving business results.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Why Join:

  • Be part of a proud Canadian company with over 140 years of history and a strong reputation for excellence.
