You’ll be the go-to for:
- Running the floor like a boss
- Keeping service smooth and guests smiling

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Vibes
- Be present, hands-on, and high-energy during peak times
- Hire, train, coach, and support staff (FOH + BOH)
- Handle scheduling and ensure coverage aligns with the buzz
- Keep the vibe positive, professional, and fun
- Run team meetings and deliver feedback that helps people grow
- Keep everyone pumped about what we’re doing next
Guest Experience
- Build relationships with regulars and new faces alike
- Make sure food and drinks come out just right
- Step in to help service run smooth and solve guest issues quickly
- Push service standards to the next level every day
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and host weekly events (think: trivia, tap takeovers, themed nights, live music)
- Coordinate with marketing to promote what’s happening
- Partner with local vendors, artists, and creators to bring cool ideas to life
- Track attendance, feedback, and what’s working
- Always be brainstorming the next “can’t-miss” thing
Inventory & Ordering
- Run monthly bar inventory + weekly spot checks
- Keep tabs on keg rotation, fridge temps, and product freshness
- Order what’s needed (beer, liquor, FOH/BOH supplies) and make sure it’s all on point
- Work with Kitchen Lead and Brew Team to manage stock and costs smartly
Menu + POS + Promotions
- Keep all menus updated (beer, food, wine, cocktails)
- Ensure POS is accurate and up-to-date
- Train FOH on menu changes, daily features, and upsell tips
- Help launch new beers, dishes, and collabs with hype
Clean & Compliant
- Make sure the space is clean, safe, and welcoming
- Follow all health codes and licensing rules
- Stay on top of equipment maintenance and repairs
