Moose Knuckles is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee overall store performance, including sales, staff recruitment, motivation, development, merchandising, visual presentation, expense and payroll controls, and creating a unique customer experience aligned with the Moose Knuckles philosophy.

Some of What You’ll Do:

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed business goals and targets.
  • Maintain high customer service standards to provide a unique shopping experience.
  • Ensure productivity and profitability through sales growth, staffing, and inventory management.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Maintain security and safety standards within the store.
  • Manage controllable expenses, including payroll allocation.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, motivate, and develop staff, including key holders and managers.
  • Lead and exemplify the Moose Knuckles culture, emphasizing strong communication and service.
  • Foster teamwork and ensure respectful treatment of staff.
  • Uphold Moose Knuckles values of diversity and inclusion.
