This role involves hands-on management on the floor, ideal for someone passionate about great food and hospitality, and eager to teach, motivate, and grow a team. Who You Are

  • A hospitality-driven leader with 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, labor, and cost control
  • Calm, kind, and confident in guest and staff interactions
  • Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food, and wine is a plus
  • Serving It Right & Food Safe Level 1 certification required
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
