Job summary

Job description

The General Manager oversees the overall operations of the property, including both hotel accommodations and food and beverage operations. They plan, organize, lead, and control the hotel’s operations to ensure that the company’s quality and performance standards are consistently met. Directly involved in day-to-day operations, the General Manager works in close partnership with the corporate office, the Director of Food & Beverage, and the Director of Rooms. Through strong leadership and management skills, they foster teamwork, cultivate employee engagement, and build a strong sense of belonging.

As the hotel’s General Manager, you will be accountable for delivering an exceptional guest experience, leading and engaging your teams, and achieving financial objectives. You will maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining rigorous control over operating costs. Your expertise in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling operations will be essential to ensuring seamless day-to-day performance and consistently high standards. Equally important will be your collaboration with Corner Collection’s executive team and corporate support departments to exceed the company’s objectives.
