Job description

In this role, you will provide coaching to the team and create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued. You will identify 5-Star talent and ensure effective scheduling to put the right people in the right places at the right time.

With support from a District Manager (DM), you will manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant in your market. You will be responsible for executing all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will ensure the achievement of restaurant objectives, compliance with all laws and ethical practices, and lead, interview, select, train, and develop all staff with your DM’s support.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze restaurant performance data and recommend plans to address negative trends.
  • Adjust schedules based on labor, performance, and forecast needs.
  • Evaluate staffing goals and recommend adjustments to meet them.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor service quality and adjust positioning guidelines as needed.
  • Approve expenditures within guidelines.
  • Recommend corrective actions for customer service issues or staff performance problems.
