A leading company in the quick-service restaurant industry is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and staff at their Kingston location. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive performance improvements. With support from a District Manager (DM), you will manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant in your market. You will be responsible for executing all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will ensure the achievement of restaurant objectives, compliance with all laws and ethical practices, and lead, interview, select, train, and develop all staff with your DM’s support.
