Located in the heart of downtown Kamloops, The Vista Inn offers affordable, cozy and updated accommodations - complete with free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool - just steps from local shops, restaurants, and Thompson Rivers University.

As General Manager, you will:

• Oversee all facets of daily operations - from guest services and long-term tenancy management to budgeting, marketing initiatives, and property upkeep
• Lead by example, mentoring and motivating a small, dedicated team in a hands-on environment
• Balance operational involvement with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth service delivery and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with staff while enjoying the autonomy to make decisions, with full support from ownership when needed
