The restaurant features a seating capacity of 40 in the dining room, 11 at the social bar, and an outdoor deck for 75 guests. The lawn space is used for drinks and events. Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations for seamless workflow
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and evaluations
  • Lead and mentor FOH team
  • Implement and refine service standards and training
  • Develop operational standards with leadership team
  • Schedule staff according to business needs
  • Maintain FOH inventory, especially alcohol
  • Ensure positive guest experiences
  • Maintain smooth operations and financial health
  • Oversee equipment and facilities
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Coordinate special events
  • Contribute to business development and beverage program
  • Handle cash and POS transactions

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Reliable with a professional attitude
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to create SOPs
  • Proficient in cash handling and POS systems
  • Budgeting and cost control skills
  • Responsive scheduling ability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health, sanitation, and alcohol safety laws

Education and Experience Requirements:
