This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially minded leader to own business development, manage a small sales team, and drive measurable revenue expansion across a loyal but underdeveloped customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the company’s go-to-market strategy and all sales-related initiatives
  • Manage and mentor a small team of field and inside sales reps
  • Drive acquisition of 10-20 new customers annually, while increasing volume with existing accounts
  • Establish or refine systems for territory planning, pricing discipline, and margin protection
  • Act as the primary point of contact for top customers and channel partners
  • Work closely with ownership on strategic decisions, including market expansion and M&A
