Job Description

As the General Manager of this location, you will be accountable for the effective operation of the complex, ensuring company objectives, policies, and procedures are implemented and administered in support of the Cineplex Entertainment Mission Statement “Passionately Delivering an Exceptional Entertainment Experience” and all Key Result Areas. The General Manager will also function as a liaison with the Home Office, various departments, outside vendors, and clients.

City : Fredericton

What you will do :

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, managing staff, ensuring financial targets are met, and maintaining high customer service standards. You will lead the team, coordinate with different departments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a manager in the restaurant or service industry with proven staff supervision and field operations experience.
  • A university degree or college diploma.
  • Strong communication, organization, management, and leadership skills.
  • Financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute innovative sales and service activities.
  • Understanding of provincial Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
