Role Overview
As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure every guest, returning or new, enjoys a memorable visit. You’ll leverage your leadership skills, relationship building, and creativity to drive sales, spearhead activations, and elevate our brand’s reputation on campus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and energize servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and a fun work atmosphere

Build strong bonds with loyal regulars and welcome new guests, turning first-timers into fans

Develop and launch creative activations, promotions, and events that boost engagement and profitability

Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and compliance with food safety and health regulations

Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L analysis, to hit revenue targets

Partner with marketing to promote big-screen games, special events, and new menu items across social channels

Resolve customer, staff, or operational issues quickly and efficiently

Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality products and competitive pricing

What You Bring

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or bar

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling

Outstanding leadership and communication skills with a talent for inspiring diverse teams

Hands-on financial management experience, including budgeting and P&L ownership

Creative thinker who thrives on generating fun, profitable ideas and activations

Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a knack for cultivating guest loyalty

Familiarity with sports bar culture and a genuine passion for sports is a plus

Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
